This Canadian company was created to provide tools, information and services to help employees attain optimum results, supportive relationships and personal satisfaction in their workplace. In 2000 company founder David Gregory embarked on a project in the electronics industry that occupied most of his time until his retirement in 2018. This site was retained as a location where he could share Results by Design and the fundamentals that have been the foundation of his results oriented programs and interventions in the rehabilitation, personal development and employee relations fields. Results by design was developed from research conducted by James Harvey Stout and released in the public domain as "The Human Handbook". After his death, Mr. Stout requested via his website, until it expired a year later, that others take his original research and develop it further so that his efforts could live on.
